“I have not departed from the command of His lips; I have treasured the words of His mouth more than my necessary food.” Job 23:12 This is one of my favorite verses “about” the Bible. (I actually commented on this Verse back in May!) Job, in the midst of his pain and affliction, and the

“Only fear the Lord and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.” 1 Samuel 12:24 Yesterday was my last post of my journey thru the Bible. This year, I was able to write every day, which I thank God for. As I’ve said before,

“Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.” Revelation 4:11 John has just concluded his introduction to his Vision followed by the Message to the 7 Churches. Chapter 4 begins with a Majestic

“But I have this against you, that you have left your first love.” Revelation 2:4 Of the Seven Churches written to in Revelation, this is the only one that has a Letter in the New Testament as well; Paul’s Letter to the Ephesians! And of all the Churches that Paul writes, is there any that
