Read Jeremiah 32-34

“Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?” Jeremiah 32:27

Jeremiah has been told to buy his Cousin’s property. As he sees the capture of Jerusalem becoming inevitable, he asks God “Why”? God had given him direction and he was struggling with it. Even though he believed that God had created all things and could do all things, he had a hard time reconciling the purpose of this action. But God “did” have a plan. In 70 years He would return His People back to the land of Israel. This “sale” was a depiction of the normal trade that would take place then.

God “knows” each of His children intimately. He knew Jeremiah, and He knows you and I. He knows exactly where our Faith begins, ends, and the testing He can do to grow it more. Sometimes He asks “is anything too difficult for Me?” as He does just that!
